RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, download and install the latest video driver for the Matrox G-100 video adapter from the following Matrox Web site: http://www.matrox.com MORE INFORMATION ================ After you download the self-extracting file containing the latest video driver for the G-100 video adapter from the Matrox Web site to a folder on your hard disk, follow these steps to install the video driver: 1. Open the folder on your hard disk to which you downloaded the self-extracting file from the Matrox Web site. 2. Double-click this file to extract the driver files. NOTE: Do not double-click the Setup.exe file after you extract the driver files. 3. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. 4. Double-click Display. 5. On the Settings tab, click Change Display Type. NOTE: If you are using Microsoft Windows 95 OEM Service Release 2 (OSR2), click Advanced Properties, and if you are using Microsoft Windows 98, click Advanced. 6. Under Adapter, click Change. NOTE: If you are using OSR2 or Windows 98, click the Adapter tab, and then click Change. 7.
