CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if you use the Back button to navigate within the troubleshooter. RESOLUTION ========== To prevent this issue from occurring, do not use the Back button to navigate within the troubleshooter. To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods: - Click the Start Over button to return to the opening page of the troubleshooter. - Quit and then restart the Troubleshooter.
