RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue use the methods listed below in the order presented. Examine an Object ----------------- 1. Click an object on the radar. 2. Click the magnifying glass to examine the object. Alter the Rendering Distance ---------------------------- 1. Press ENTER to activate the Chat window. 2. Type "/render radius " (without the quotation marks), where is 8 for Pentium III computers and is 5 for all slower computers. 3. Press ENTER. Return to a Lifestone --------------------- 1. Press ENTER to activate the Chat window. 2. Type "/lifestone" (without the quotation marks), and then press ENTER. Change the Display Settings in the Game --------------------------------------- 1. On the Asheron's Call game screen, click Options. 2. On the Sound/Graphics tab, in the Graphics box, click to clear Auto-Degrade. 3. Move the Graphics Performance slider (the Speed setting) all the way to the right, and then click Apply. Change the Character's Preferences ---------------------------------- 1. On the Asheron's Call game screen, click Options. 2. On the Character tab, click Defaults, and then click Apply. Disable Direct 3D ----------------- 1. Quit Asheron's Call. 2. On the Asheron's Call startup screen, click Settings, and then click 3D Settings. 3. Clear the Enable 3D Acceleration check box, and then click OK. 4. Click OK, and then click Exit. Log On to Asheron?s Call From Another Computer ---------------------------------------------- 1. Log on to Asheron?s Call from a different computer. 2. Move the character a few hundred meters from its current location in the Asheron's Call game world. 3. Log back on to Asheron?s Call from the original computer. Contact Urgent Assistance ------------------------- 1. Click Options, and then click Urgent Assistance. 2. Wait for an administrator to respond.
