CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true: - The Sound Card Acceleration feature in Allegiance is turned on. - Your sound card or the sound driver for your sound card is not compatible with the Sound Card Acceleration feature in Allegiance. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, contact your hardware manufacturer to inquire about how to obtain and install the latest version of the sound driver for your sound card.
