SYMPTOMS

When you click one of the following commands on the Microsoft StarLancer startup
screen

 - Single Player

 - Multiple Player

 - Game Options

your computer may stop responding (hang).

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if a video adapter based on the nVIDIA RIVA 128 chipset
is installed in your computer.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, contact your hardware manufacturer to inquire about how
to obtain and install the latest version of the video driver for your video
adapter.
