CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if the built-in video adapter is not disabled properly. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, contact your hardware manufacturer to inquire about how to configure the jumpers on the motherboard or change the BIOS settings for the computer to properly disable the built-in video adapter.
