CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true: - A video adapter that is based on the nVIDIA GeForce 256 chip set is installed in your computer. - The Detonator 3 reference driver (version 6.18) available from nVIDIA is installed on your computer. NOTE: This issue occurs more frequently on computers that use a 56 kilobits-per-second (Kbps) or slower Internet connection. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, use the following methods in the order in which they are presented. Obtain and Install an Updated Video Driver ------------------------------------------ Install the latest retail video driver for your video adapter or install an earlier version of the nVIDIA Detonator 3 reference driver. Contact your hardware manufacturer to inquire about how to obtain and install the latest version of the retail video driver for your video adapter.
