CAUSE ===== This issue can occur if a difference in capitalization is the only difference between the names of the saved games. File names for saved games in Metal Gear Solid are not case-sensitive. RESOLUTION ========== To prevent this issue from occurring when you save a game, type a name that is completely different than the names of previously saved games.
