CAUSE ===== This issue may occur when you attempt to save a map in a folder whose name contains an invalid character. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Save the Map to a Different Folder -------------------------------------------- 1. Browse to the map that you want to save. 2. On the File menu, click Save As. 3. Browse to a folder that is different from the folder in which you originally attempted to save the map, and then click Save. Method 2: Rename the Folder That Contains the Invalid Character --------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Start Windows Explorer. 2. Browse to the folder in which you want to save the map. 3. Right-click the folder, and then click Rename. 4. Type a new name that contains only letters, and then press ENTER. If a confirmation message appears, click Yes. 5. Save the map in this renamed folder.
