SYMPTOMS
========

The store may generate the following application exception when processing a
message from a PROFS/OV connector version 1.38:

   The application Store.exe generated an exception: access violation
   (0xc0000005)

CAUSE
=====

The exception occurs when a PROFS connector performs a SUBMIT MESSAGE. The PROFS
message is sent to a non-existent mailbox or address.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for
Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.0. For information on obtaining the service
pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the
