This occurs if your monitor is set to 256 colors. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. RESOLUTION ========== To avoid this problem, do one of the following: - Change your monitor's color bit depth setting to thousands or millions of colors and then print the graphic or article. -or- - Copy the graphic or article to the word processor you use with Encarta, and print it from there.
