This problem occurs even when other sounds, such as narrations, are at an acceptable volume level. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Ancient Lands version 1.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. WORKAROUND ========== To hear the sounds low-volume sounds, increase the Sounds Volume in the Sound control panel. NOTE: Increasing the Sounds Volume setting increases the volume of all sounds. 1. On the Apple menu, click Control Panels. 2. Click the Sound control panel. 3. Click the volume bar to increase or decrease volume. 4. Close the control panel. Play Ancient Lands sounds the test volume setting.
