SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to play a National Anthem not listed in the Fact Box, the play
button may be unavailable (dimmed).

If the National Anthem is played from the Fact Box the National Anthem plays as
expected.

RESOLUTION
==========

There is no resolution to this problem at this time. Microsoft is researching
this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base
as it becomes available.

MORE INFORMATION
================

The problem primarily occurs on systems running the French Canadian version of
Windows 3.1 and Windows for Workgroups 3.11 and may occur on the English
versions.

The problem does not occur on systems running the French Canadian or English
versions on Windows 95.


STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Encarta 96 Encyclopedia for
Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
