SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the Lookup Reference tool in Microsoft Office and open Encarta
using the None option, you receive the following error message:

   Look Up Reference
   Cannot execute C:\Program (2)

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Office for Windows 95.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.


WORKAROUND
==========

Do not use the None option when you use the Lookup Reference tool in Microsoft
Word or Microsoft Excel. Use the Keyword or Full Text option.
