The print dialog box fails to appear and the article or image does not print. RESOLUTION ========== To print the article or image, use one of the following methods: Resolution ---------- Obtain an updated Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet printer driver from Hewlett-Packard. Version 6.1E is needed to correct this problem. -or- Workaround ---------- Copy and paste the article or image into a word processor and print directly from the word processor. To copy and paste to a word processor, do the following: 1. Click the Options menu, point to Copy, and then select the item you want to copy (text, current image, or caption). 2. Open your word processor. On the Edit menu of the word processor, click Paste. The article or image is pasted to the word processor document. You can now print from the word processor document.
