CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if you have not installed Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 1 or later. RESOLUTION ========== To determine if you have installed Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 1 or later, use the following steps: 1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools (Common), and then click Windows NT Diagnostics. 2. Click the Version tab.
