If you click the Close button in the upper right corner of the message, you receive the following message: Do you want to cancel this installation? If you click Yes, Bookshelf Setup continues to run. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, click Cancel in the next dialog box that appears. When you are prompted to confirm that you want to cancel the installation, click Yes.
