NOTE: This issue occurs only with the DVD-ROM version of Encarta Encyclopedia 2000. CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true: - The video adapter installed in your computer uses hardware overlay. NOTE: To determine if the video adapter installed in your computer uses hardware overlay, contact the manufacturer of your video adapter. - You play the video clip in Full Screen Video mode. RESOLUTION ========== To prevent this issue from occurring, do not play video clips in Full Screen Video mode.
