CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if the video driver for your video adapter is outdated. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, download and install the latest video driver for your video adapter from your video adapter manufacturer. Double-click System. 3. On the Performance tab, click Graphics. 4. Move the Hardware Acceleration slider to None. 5. Click OK, and then click Close. 6. Click Yes to restart the system. Reduce Screen Resolution and Colors ----------------------------------- To reduce the screen resolution and colors: 1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. 2.
