Cleaning the disc will often resolve this issue. CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if you have installed Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 Public Preview at any time in the past. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, update to the final release of Internet Explorer version 6.0. This is available for download at: http://www.microsoft.com/ie Please note that restoring Windows back to the previous configuring (uninstalling Internet Explorer 6 Preview) will not solve this issue.
