When you click OK, you then receive the following error message: Windows Installer The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request. When you click OK again, the uninstall process is rolled back, and the program is not removed. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, run the uninstall process again. You will be prompted with a message stating that an earlier install was not complete. Click Yes to complete the uninstall process.
