CAUSE ===== This issue can occur because Reader 2.0 is not compatible with Microsoft Windows 95. Activation requires Microsoft Windows 98 or later. WORKAROUND ========== To work around this issue, install Reader 2.0 on a computer that runs Windows 98 or later, or upgrade your operating system.
