This extra scrolling region displays a second copy of the title graphic. This problem only occurs the first time a graphic is displayed. The extraneous scrolling region appears on each title screen as well as on the "books" screen. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Multimedia Viewer version 2.0. Set your monitor to 1024 x 768 resolution. 2. Run Bookshelf. 3. Move the title bar of the Bookshelf opening screen to the upper edge of the screen. 4. Move the vertical edge of the pane to the lower edge of the screen The extraneous scrolling region appears.
