If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. When you click Details (on Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition, press ALT+D), you receive the following message: WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in MSO97.DLL at 0137:30733613. NOTE: The actual memory address may vary. CAUSE ===== This error may be caused by having two or more Visual Basic for Applications modules each containing subroutines with the same name in the your template. For example, the following scenario will cause the error: Module name Macro name ------------------------------ Module1 Main() Module2 Main() RESOLUTION ========== To resolve the problem described in this article, obtain and install the latest Microsoft Word 97 update from the following Microsoft Web site: http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/9798/Wd97mcrs.aspx IMPORTANT NOTE: Microsoft Word 97 post-service release fixes are cumulative.
