WORKAROUND ========== To work around this problem, do not use Word as the e-mail editor in Outlook. To do this, follow these steps: 1. In Microsoft Outlook, click Options on the Tools menu. 2. On the E-mail tab, click to clear the "Use Microsoft Word as the e-mail editor" check box, and then click OK.
