WORKAROUND ========== To prevent the white space from being removed from your document, do one of the following when the incorrect word is selected in the Spelling And Grammar dialog box. Method 1: Make the Correction in the Document --------------------------------------------- To make the correction in the document, follow these steps: 1. Click in your document and make the correction directly in the document. 2. Click Resume to resume the spelling check. Method 2: Use a Suggested Word ------------------------------ To use a suggested word, follow these steps: 1. Under Suggestions, select the correct spelling of the incorrectly spelled word. 2.
