SYMPTOMS
========

The Microsoft Exchange Server information store crashes and produces a
DrWtsn32.log that may look similar to the following:

   Application exception occurred:
           App: Store.DBG (pid=159)
           When: 1/2/1997 @ 7:30:30.452
           Exception number: c0000005 (Access Violation)

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 4.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for
Microsoft Exchange Server version 4.0. For information on obtaining the Service
