SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to install Microsoft Exchange Server, you might see the
following message:

   This is a special version of Microsoft Exchange Server 4.0 for the BackOffice
   Test Platform. This version supports up to 5 concurrent users for testing and
   development purposes.

MORE INFORMATION
================

You are trying to install Microsoft Exchange Server on the BackOffice Test
version of Windows NT server.

To check this, double-click on the License icon in Control panel. It will display
the following dialog:

   Not available in MSDN Edition of BackOffice

RESOLUTION
==========

You must install Microsoft Exchange Server on the retail version of Microsoft
Windows NT.
