On Windows 2000 or Windows NT you may get a distorted arc. On Windows 95 or Windows Me you may get nothing. CAUSE ===== In Visual Basic, the Circle method of the PictureBox calls the Arc API. The problem occurs because the Arc API works incorrectly when the radius is very large and the angle is very small. RESOLUTION ========== To work around this problem, you need to implement your own Arc function in Visual Basic or C. Usually the C function provides better performance. Add a PictureBox to Form1 and change its Name to picTest. 3. Type "MyGDI" in the Project name text box and click OK. 3. In the next dialog box, choose "a simple dll project" and click the Finish button. 4. Click OK in the next dialog box. 5.
