Close the Briefcase on that computer, and then try again. The briefcase folder will not be accessible until you exit the Exchange client for Windows NT. WORKAROUND ========== Open the Briefcase and drag the document into a new message rather than using the Insert File option from the Exchange client menu bar. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Windows NT client, versions 4.0 and 5.0.
