CAUSE ===== The problem is caused by the bitmap images used in this document. The images are Windows bitmaps cannot be rendered by the Microsoft Exchange Macintosh client. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange, versions 4.0 and 5.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
