This article describes the steps to set up this functionality. MORE INFORMATION ================ 1. Confirm that you have Offline Folders enabled in the Microsoft Exchange Windows client (Click Services on the Tools menu. Select Microsoft Exchange Server and Advanced. Then select Offline Folder File Settings... and confirm that Offline Use is enabled. 2. Copy the Public Folder you want to use to the Favorites folder. 3. Choose the properties of the folder in your Favorites folder, and select the Synchronization tab. 4. When you get the following dialog box This folder is available. Select When Offline or Online. Then select the OK button. 5. Select the folder. Click Synchronize on the Tools menu. Then select This Folder. The folder is now configured for offline use.
