SUMMARY

According to Fifth Generation Systems, Fastback Plus versions 5.14 and earlier
are not compatible with MS-DOS version 5.0 and later when running on a 80386
computer. They also state that all versions of Fastback are fully compatible
with non-386 machines.

NOTE: Fastback Plus and Fastback are separate products.

MORE INFORMATION

According to Fifth Generation Systems, they will be releasing an updated version
of Fastback Plus that is capable of reading backup files from earlier Fastback
Plus versions. However, it will not be capable of restoring or accessing
Fastback files. The new version of Fastback Plus is supposed to be fully
compatible with MS-DOS 5.0.

The product included here, Fastback, is manufactured by vendors independent of
