XCLN: Localized OWA Templates Available as Language Packs

SUMMARY

Localized OWA templates for many languages will be available as language packs with the localized Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook clients in those languages.

These files can be found specifically at the following location:

http://microsoft.com/exchange/55/downloads/LangPacks.htm

The following templates are currently available:

AMCHS001Simplified Chinese

AMCHT001Traditional Chinese

AMFRN001French

AMGER001German

AMJPN001Japanese

AMKOR000Korean

AMUSA001English

To install the template, download the appropriate file for your server, I386 or Alpha. Extract the file on your OWA/IIS server, and then run *.exe for the language you wish to install. This will install the localized language template for OWA.

After installing a language pack, the Web Publishing Service must be stopped and restarted to make the new language scripts available.
