This may occur on a Microsoft Windows 95-based computer with Microsoft Windows 95 Dial-Up Networking Upgrade 1.2c (MSDUN). WORKAROUND ========== To work around this behavior, upgrade to MSDUN 1.3. 1. Use Task Manager to end the task. 2. Restart the computer. 3. Install MSDUN 1.3 from the Microsoft Download Center.
