CRS E-mail Notifications Not Sent from CRS on Receiving Side

SYMPTOMS

CRS e-mail notifications for replications are only sent from the source server in a CRS replication project. Receiving side servers will not send e-mail notifications.

RESOLUTION

Functionality was added in MCIS 1.0 Service Pack 1. With SP1 installed, receiving side servers will also send e-mail notifications.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial Internet System version 1.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Microsoft Commercial Internet System version 1.0.
