The following error message is displayed: The sorting order could not be changed. You cannot sort on a property that you are using to group items by. RESOLUTION ========== Choose the sort order from the Column Header bar by using the right mouse button to click the column you want to sort, then select either Sort Ascending or Sort Descending. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft Exchange version 4.0 Windows 3.x, Windows 95, and Windows NT clients.
