PRB: Four-Digit Year Expected When Scheduling Tasks or Jobs

SYMPTOMS

A four-digit year format is expected when scheduling a task or job through Enterprise Manager, sp_addtask, sp_updatetask, sp_add_jobschedule (7.0), and sp_update_jobschedule (7.0). The date is utilized exactly as input and no conversion occurs on the date. For example, if the user enters 01 for the year, the year is interpreted as 0001, not 2001.


CAUSE

Since four digits are expected, 0000 - 9999 are valid input values.

RESOLUTION

Enter the complete four digit year.
