XWEB: Group by Categories Cannot Be Viewed Using OWA

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to view the Inbox or other folders that have been grouped by categories in the Outlook Client, Outlook Web Access does not retain the folder view categories. Views can be customized with the Outlook client by clicking the View menu, clicking Current View, and then clicking Customize Current View or Define Views.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
