PRJ98: Not a Valid Field Name Error When Changing CalendarID: q184607
|
In Microsoft Project 98, in the Task Usage view, if you change the resource calendar in Resource Assignment dialog box, you may receive the following error message:
This is not a valid field name.
Click a field name in the list, and then press ENTER.
This behavior occurs in the Task Usage view when you double-click a resource name in the Resource Assignment dialog box and then change the calendar on the Working Time tab in the Resource Information dialog box.
If you click OK on the error message, the calendar will be changed correctly.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft
Project listed above.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Project 98 for Windows, Service
Release 1 (SR-1).
For additional information about obtaining and installing SR-1, please see
