SYMPTOMS

In the Rights Manager Packager, if you change a setting without saving the changes, and then switch tabs, you are not prompted to save your changes. The settings remain as they were before you made the change.


WORKAROUND

Save your settings before switching tabs.


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows Media Services version 4.0.
