ACC2000: Print Preview Not Available for Data Access Pages

This article applies to a Microsoft Access database (.mdb) and a Microsoft Access project (.adp).


SYMPTOMS

When you view a data access page in Page view, you see no option to Print Preview the page.


CAUSE

Print Preview is not supported in pages.


MORE INFORMATION

Although there is no Print Preview feature for pages, you can print these pages from Page view.

A data access page is a special type of Web page designed for viewing and working with data from an Internet or intranet site. To preview the output of a page, follow these steps:

  1. Open a page in Page view.


  2. On the File menu, click Web Page Preview.

    The page will open in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
