FP1: Help File Dialog Box Appears Blank

SYMPTOMS

When you start FrontPage Help from FrontPage Explorer, the dialog box appears blank.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs in either of the following situations:

RESOLUTION

To run FrontPage Help, follow these steps:

1. Close FrontPage Explorer.

2. Drag the Frontpg.hlp file from the Macintosh HD:Microsoft FrontPage folder

   to your desktop.

3. Restart FrontPage Explorer. In the Getting Started dialog box click Help.

4. If you receive a message indicating that the Help file cannot be opened,

   click OK.

5. Close FrontPage Explorer.

6. Drag the Frontpg.hlp file from the Desktop to the Macintosh HD:Microsoft

   FrontPage folder.

7. Restart FrontPage Explorer.
