FP2000: Form Elements do Not Display Styles in Normal View

SYMPTOMS

In Page view of FrontPage, styles that are applied to form elements (such as one line text boxes, scrolling text boxes, and drop down lists) do not appear in Normal View.


CAUSE

In FrontPage 2000, styles that are applied to form elements can not be displayed in the Normal view.


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Cascading Style Sheets in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.


MORE INFORMATION

When you apply styles to form elements, click the Preview tab to view how a particular style will appear on the page.

To view the results of a style that is applied to a form element, you may also save the page and preview it in your Web browser .
