FP2000: Pressing CTRL+ENTER Does Not Insert Blank Line Before or After Table

SYMPTOMS

When you press CTRL+ENTER, you may hear a beep and a blank line (new paragraph) is not inserted before or after the table in your document.


CAUSE

This behavior occurs if the Reveal Tags option on the View menu is selected. The CTRL+ENTER shortcut does not function in this view.


RESOLUTION

To insert a blank line before or after tables, turn off the Reveal Tags by clicking Reveal Tags on the View menu, and refer to the following documentation.
