FP98: Can't Create Hyperlink Image After Inserting Text Overlay

SYMPTOMS

If you specify a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) for the default hyperlink of an image after inserting a text overlay, the hyperlink does not work.

RESOLUTION

Specify the hyperlink information before you insert the text overlay.

NOTE: If you change the hyperlink information, the change will not be saved and the old hyperlink will be retained.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
