OFF2000: Copy To Commands Missing in Bookshelf After Upgrade

SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade to Office 2000, if any version of Microsoft Bookshelf has been installed previously the Bookshelf Edit menu is missing the following commands:

Copy to Word
Copy to Excel
Copy to PowerPoint

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, in Bookshelf select the information you want to copy, and on the Edit menu, click Copy. Switch to the program you want to paste the information into, and on the Edit menu, click Paste.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
