OFF97: Shortcut Bar Does Not Always Remain on Top

SYMPTOMS

The Office Shortcut Bar may not always remain visible in the foreground even though the option for Always On Top is selected on the View tab of the Customize dialog box.

CAUSE

This behavior may occur when you run the freeware utility PrintKey 2.0.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, obtain PrintKey 2.1.

To work around the behavior until you obtain PrintKey 2.1, uninstall the PrintKey 2.0 utility, and restart your computer. If you are unsure about how to remove the product, check the product documentation.
